Registration Terms

The registration fee (US$60 / AU$93 / C$87 / €58 / £50) is for a team of 3-5 players.

If the event is full, you may add your team to a waitlist. If space becomes available, you will be notified via email and will have 48 hours to respond and make payment to secure your spot. If you do not reply within this time, your spot may be offered to another team.

Expect the event to run rain or shine. You will not receive a refund if you do not participate in the event.

If you cancel a paid registration on or before July 1, 2019, you will receive a refund of US$57 / AU$88 / C$82 / €55 / £47.

If you cancel a paid registration after July 1, 2019, you will not receive a refund unless a team from the waitlist registers and takes your place. In that case, you will receive a refund of US$51 / AU$80 / C$74 / €50 / £43.
